What we collect, where it goes.
Plain language on purpose. Last updated July 2026.
The short version.
We collect your email address if you join the list, and anonymous page-view statistics. That’s the whole inventory. We never see your card, your passport, or your bookings — because we never take payment and never run a checkout.
Your email.
When you join the list we store your email address and which page you signed up from, so we know whether you care about Siargao or Batanes. We use it to send you verified cheap routes and fare drops. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing actually works. We don’t sell, rent, or trade the list — to anyone, ever.
Analytics.
We use Vercel Analytics: anonymous, aggregate counts of page views and clicks (including clicks on booking links, so we know which routes are useful). It does not use cookies to identify you and we can’t trace a view back to a person.
Booking links.
Links to booking sites (like 12Go) carry a partner code that pays NowNa a small commission when you book — your price never changes. What happens on their site is governed by their privacy policy, not ours; they may set their own cookies there. We see per-booking commission reports — never names, emails, or payment details.
Your rights.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@nowna-ph.com and a human — the same one who verifies the fares — will handle it within a few days.
